Thank you for shopping at Nevrelis operated by NER NSW PTY LTD. This Return Policy defines our return, exchange and refund rules.

  1. Eligibility for Return You may apply for return within 30 calendar days upon receipt of goods. To qualify for return:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Swimwear, intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products marked final‑sale are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
  1. Return Procedure Please submit your return request by email to info@nevrelis.com. Include your order number, product information and reason for return. We will reply with detailed return instructions within 3‑5 business days. Do not send back goods without receiving our return guidance. Customers bear return shipping cost unless the return is caused by our error such as wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect.
  2. Product Defects & Our Shipping Errors If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please supply clear photos of items and packaging within 7 days after receipt. We will arrange replacement or full refund including original shipping fee after verification.
  3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 7‑10 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. The arrival time of funds depends on your bank or card issuer processing schedule. Original delivery shipping charges are non‑refundable unless caused by our fault.
  4. Exchanges If you wish to exchange for different size or style, you are advised to complete a return process and place a brand‑new order, as stock availability cannot be guaranteed for exchange requests.
  5. Exclusions We cannot accept returns for goods damaged by customer misuse, improper washing or normal wear‑and‑tear. Our policy does not override mandatory consumer protection rights granted by local legislation.
